Resembling each year, this year also we have celebrated Holi in our office premises with great enthusiasm and gaiety. What can be a better idea to escaping of daily office schedule and confines of our own cubicles. The credit goes to our entire team for organizing the festivities with such great efforts. Holi is not just about spreading colors of love and happiness, but it is also about forgiving and forgetting the misunderstandings of the past and start life afresh.
Since most of the co-workers needed a day off for celebrating holi with their family members, we decided to organize holi celebrations in the evening on March 27th. The celebrations in the office began after 6PM in the evening when everybody gathered in the lobby and started splashing colors on each other with wearing mask on face followed by a snacks party. Though, there were some who objected to this color splashing in the beginning, but the hesitation was fleeting & in last everyone joined in eventually and we had a great memorable moment.
This event made us to realize that celebrations need not be fancy or big, even small gatherings or acts of togetherness can bring smile and fresh energy within the team. And that is what the true reasons behind celebrating this festival of colors, to leave behind all worries and look forward to a new beginning.
