First of all, the candidate should interact with HR as we are always on the hunt for people who are proactive, self-motivated and constantly willing to upgrade their learning curve.
Our second step is grilled by our technical expert(s). The major area of focus is to check the candidate’s fundamental knowledge, technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and analytical skills.
After got selected in technical round, we will provide live test cases to determine the candidate’s ability to cater to the dynamic requirements of our clients.
After clearing all the rounds the final round will be conducted, where we can discuss all the policies, procedures and lastly over the salary negotiation.
